You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of contract conclusion, i.e., from the time when you have bindingly commissioned our blockchain or smart contract services or completed your order via our online platform.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged fees for such reimbursement.
If you have expressly requested that we begin with the performance of services during the withdrawal period and have simultaneously confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal with the beginning of contract performance, you shall only be entitled to reimbursement for the part of the service not yet provided in case of withdrawal. If the contract has been completely fulfilled, the right of withdrawal expires completely.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have completely provided the commissioned services – such as the creation, provision, or activation of smart contracts or blockchain-based processes – and you have expressly agreed before contract execution that we begin with the execution, and have confirmed your knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal.
